#s Matching 1970 LS5 454 - 390 hp Unrestored Original. I am the 3rd owner and bought this car as an unrestored original in 1999 after a two year search for a car this color with all options and an excellent frame and body. It's an Alabama car and has always been garaged. Options include 454, P.S., P.B., air, tilt and telescope wheel, AM-FM radio, deluxe interior & wheel covers, working fiber optics, headlight washers, rear window defrost, dual sport mirrors, luggage rack, and alarm system. I have the original owners manual and all receipts from the second owner. I have parts of the tank sticker but it was deteriorating when removed. When it was diagnosed with bad valve seals I took the original engine out and changed the car to its current condition (saving all original parts which are part of this deal and go with the car). In its current form the car has a GM ZZ 502 crate motor with rectangular port aluminum heads, the 502 has approximately 5,000 miles, Steeroids rack and pinion steering, chambered exhaust, B & G electric fuel system, Ecklers highest cowl induction hood, Jenson stereo with Pioneer speakers, custom floor mats and smaller thicker leather steering wheel, 17" American Racing wheels, 17 x 9.5 rear and 17 x 8 front. Tires are 275-40 ZR17 BF Goodrich Comp T.A. rear and 245-40 ZR17 front. It has a new gas tank, rebuilt A arms, rebuilt training arms with Koni shocks, new brake pads and new poly bushings. 48,000 miles. $29,000 mini. October 22, 2011. |
